We use your data to: provide legal services; respond to enquiries; send relevant legal updates (with your consent); and comply with our legal obligations as attorneys under Portuguese Bar Association rules.

Processing is based on: contract performance (legal services); legitimate interest (analytics, security); and consent (marketing communications).

5. Data retention

Client files are retained for 10 years following end of representation, as required by Portuguese Bar Association rules. Analytics data is retained for 26 months.
